The numbers you enter

Every calculation runs in your own browser. The figures you type into the calculator are not sent to us, stored in an account, or saved to a database, because the site has no accounts and no database.

Share links

When you use the Share action, the calculator assumptions are encoded into the web address so the scenario can be reopened. That link contains loan figures only — never a name, email address, or any other personal detail. Anyone you send the link to can see the figures in it, so treat it accordingly.

Forms and email

There is no sign-up, newsletter, lead form, or email gate anywhere on this site. We do not ask for your contact details in order to use the calculator.

Server logs and hosting

Like most websites, pages are delivered by a hosting provider that may keep standard technical request records, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability. We do not use these records to identify individual visitors.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The site currently runs no analytics scripts, no advertising, and sets no tracking cookies of its own. We intend to introduce advertising in the future. If and when that happens, this page will be updated first to describe what is used and what choices you have.

Children

This is a general-audience financial calculator and is not directed at children.

Changes

If the way the site handles information changes, this page will be revised to match before the change takes effect.
